I believe your loved ones are the most beautiful things I could ever show you, so that’s what I photograph.

My work has nothing to do with typical wedding aesthetics.

WILL MY WEDDING BE A
GOOD FIT FOR YOU?

Yes, if you are most excited about spending time with your loved ones. Any meaningful gathering of two or more in a reasonably charming or natural environment plays to my strengths.

If, on the other hand, you’d characterize yourself as being 'obsessed' with Style Me Pretty-type decor and details... I can recommend some fantastic friends who specialize in that kind of work.

HOW MUCH IS TRAVEL
BEYOND DC/MD/VA?

A simple two-parter: airfare plus per diem.

Airfare is $300 for the first 300 miles from Vienna, VA, then $0.20 per mile. You'll calculate distance as the crow flies using this distance calculator.

Per Diem (meals, lodging, etc.) is an all-inclusive $200 per night in the US Lower 48. $250 everywhere else. Every wedding requires at least a two-night stay (the night before and the night of).

Example: A wedding in Chicago costs $756.80 for travel. It's 584 miles away, resulting in an all-inclusive travel fee of $356.80 for airfare plus $400 in total per diem.

This is a 99% guideline. Unique circumstances of your event may alter your fee slightly.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

First we’ll have a meeting. Then you’ll sign up with a $1250 non-refundable retainer to hold your date.

The balance is due at least 30 days before the wedding. Checks and plastic are fine.

DO YOU USE SECOND SHOOTERS
OR ASSISTANTS?

Never. Your photographs are made possible only by my God-given ability to portray the beauty of your relationships.

It just doesn’t work with hired guns.

WHEN WILL WE SEE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

3 to 4 weeks after the wedding you'll get a link to your private section of this site.

You can view the photographs, order prints, and download the high-resolution files at your leisure over the next year.

You may purchase wedding albums separate from your commission of photographs. Orders are accepted during the month of November only.

Costs range from $1650 for standard full-sized albums to $3000 for the finest handmade matted bindings.

You’ll be able to check them out in person during our first meeting.
